ICF hosted the recent Aggregates Europe – UEPG committee meetings which were held in Dublin on March 20th and 21st.
Representatives of the aggregates industry from across Europe gathered for two days to participate in meetings of Aggregates Europe committees including the economic committee, environmental committee, technical committee and health and safety committee.
The meetings were a valuable opportunity for the European aggregates industry to exchange views on current EU policies impacting on aggregates producers, and positioning on key priorities for the aggregates industry. These meetings are essential to ensure strong representation of the aggregates producing industry at European level, particularly in the new geopolitical context.
ICF expresses a sincere thanks to all committee members who travelled to Ireland for these meetings and all of the Committee Chairs and Vice-Chairs for their dedication, leadership and expertise. A special word of thanks to our guest presenters at each of the committee meetings from ICF members Breedon Ireland and Roadstone and the Health and Safety Authority.
