The Award Scheme is organised to enable the Society to acknowledge construction achievements in which concrete, in any form, contributes significantly to the built environment. The Awards recognise excellence in design and construction in concrete.

There will be one overall winner chosen, with category winners in the other sections, depending on the level and quality of entries. Entries, which must refer to completed work that commenced in Ireland after January 2016, are broken into three categories:

• Building
• Infrastructure
• Element (Housing or small projects e.g. walls, stairs, paving)

Winners will be announced at the Irish Concrete Society Awards Evening to be held in March 2020.

Nominations, which may be made by Clients, Architects, Consulting Engineers, Material Suppliers, Contractors or others directly involved with the project, must be returned to Executive Officer of the Society before the closing date of Friday 29th November 2019.
