On November 6^th, Caroline Quinn of Concast Precast in Newcastle, Co. Dublin became the new President of the Irish Concrete Federation at the federation’s Annual General Meeting.

Caroline has taken over the presidency from Larry Byrne, Roadstone.

ICF members would like to express their gratitude to Larry Byrne for his leadership of the Federation over the last two years and to wish Caroline a successful term as ICF President.
